Gsmarena: the actual screen size were 4.6inch not 4.3inch. Xperia blog already state that the rumor mint come with 4.3inch screen were not true at all.
The screen are great. Half brightness xperia s can beat s3 full brightness with dynamic image. How come peole mention the screen sony led backlight lcd has flaws?? Oh right they one x and s3 user. No wonder.. they always being beat up in real life battle between sony with their super duper brand. And now taking revange via web. Thats fun.. totally lame. Lol.

cmom people this is midrange phone and is one step behinde of ss3 and htc one x on benchtests whait and see ledies and gentelmans the next beast sony will throw out.Nobody can compete with SONY.They rule console market also cyber shoot cameras,bravia tv even batteries whait and see

please read the Review.
it said that Sony LT30P is an overpriced phone, and Sony never learns from Sony Ericsson's mistakes by selling an expensive phone that cannot compete with Samsung Galaxy S3 and HTC One X.
here's the quote from the review :
"Sadly though Sony never learns from their mistakes like Sony Ericsson did before them and it will price the LT30p as a flagship device asking for a price range, which is not justified. There is absolutely no way the phone can compete on equal terms with SamsungGalaxy S 3 and HTC One X, and even though this time LT30p is not as weak as Xperia S it still is an inferior device. Perhaps it should be placed along the HTC One S and the rest of devices in that segment, but unfortunately Sony once again thinks that a high megapixel number is enough to sell the phone by itself. They are learning one lesson at a time and probably will correct the LT30p price soon after its release like they did with Xperia S. However by that time it will probably be too late for this phone as well."

If this is 4.3" on the pictures, I'm a frog !
Look the S3's 4.8" next to it, both illuminated ! I hope it's 4.6 and it will probably have LTE since it's a krait powered Sony. I like the designs, S3 is awesome, but the blue one is hideously ugly.

My next phone (Jan 2013) will 90% be Sony. I bought my wife Xperia S, and we love it. I had a Sony in 1994, and since then, 17 Nokias. I hope the Sony LT30 will have the white Magic screen, and I am sorry the see-thru strip on the bottom is not on it. I also hope it will have a longer lasting battery life, as my wife needs to recharge every night. I also hope the cover for the charging port is made of better quality, as I think it is too flimsy on the S and is likely to break off in the very near future. Thought for the headset port to make it possible to connect whilst phnone is in it's after-market wallet. Speaker is not loud enough on the highest setting. Xenon or bi-xenon flash light would be a great improvement. I look forward to the final production specification!

It's very strange you didn't mention the ugly design from SGS3, you noting more than Sammie lover.

Just finish read mobile-review of this phone, I agree with what it said, if Sony still believe by only putting the 13MP can success this phone well, sorry it not going to happen.
This phone design is pretty but crap LCD, come on Sony, at least give great LCD like HTC One X or Samsung S3 AMOLED.
Also putting a much better CPU, quadcore might not a must but better have, or at least a better CPU is required. This benchmark result is too bad, some will said benchmark did nothing, but it still one of the selling point.
This another fail product by Sony. Sony still act same without Ericsson.
Don't said fight with Samsung, with such spec continuing, Sony is not even able to compete with HTC and LG.

whats wrong with you sony? everyone else have quad core and you come up with another dual core -_- plus this phone look exactly like the Huawei Ascend P1. I wouldn't even be surprised if they sue sony for this phone. how disappointing.

In other specs leaked it was stated to have a 4.55 what is enough mate! If you want more, buy a PS3 and large LCD to play ya? Or buy a S III if you like it so much ya? See ya!

Look,I admire the... moreU also missing the point...SONY doesn't need quad core, dual core should be enough for gaming mate...the OS in every stage and company is not achieving the max power with dual-core and even less with quad-core. Even my laptop is a dual-core and runs every game well. What you need is a good ram, they could innovate there but also LG thinked of that first and announced one with 2GB RAM but SONY should follow that pace too. Adreno 320 should be the right track also and a good batery life like the one in Razr Maxx (3300 mAH). So mainly, SONY to kick but only needs the same general specs with a great RAM and an excellent battery. They already have the looks and multimedia features ;)

Nycxperia you are missing the point here. Look,I admire the work and effort sony is putting in it's xperia line up especially there design but the truth of the matter is, as someone that has been a loyal sony fan for years, there is no way anyone can convince me that sony(master of innovation) cannot come up with a device that can blow S3 out of the way . Sony is trying to strike a balance between sony mobile and sony enter10ment systems especially the vita. This is an issue sony fans should try to digest and decide if they should move to samsung or not. Knowing sony, the moment they step into quad core phones, they will definitely take mobile gaming to the next level among other things, so these is a rather tough time and decision for sony at the moment because any mistake will cripple psvita sales badly. Sony is doing the right thing but instead of people complaining n whining, they should follow shamshung, ASAP. Long Live Play, Long Live Sony.

here some people said sony makes cheap phone.. i think they don't look their samsung cells that iz made by stupid plastic.. look at sony's cell made by solid stuff. look at perfumance of sony smart phone with single core and dual .. easily meet with samsung latest high end processor.we love sony
