They have evidence what these companies have done. Though they are still letting them to run their operations. Exception is just for Huawei. and this is just based on no real fact, only on doubt and fear.

How sad that puppets are just ever more present by the day while big brains degraded and or exploited.
Their open transparency in this regard is definitely not to their benefit and if they tried this with me they'd see double fingers with me walking out the door!

China has no laws against intelligence theft, hence nobody, not even apple can sue a chinese company in China or anywhere else where their is no law against this kind of theft. Well, contrafit will allways pass borders but for sure not legaly. Anyway, when chinaware cross borders legaly, after literally robbing technology, they had to do something about their clone habbits, so they started to look more serious, but that does not hide the fact that they were just a bunch knockoff'ers, using crappy parts and selling for cheap. So yeah, the straight up lies you talk about are mostly your lack of knowlege.

Who cares, other than investors really ;)
Those giants will pay some fines and all those small businesses will go bust anyway.
For a long time I only buy local stuff(no asian imports) and yes that it might be more expensive, but at least it is to size and it lasts 3 times longer :)

Said companies are going to eventually collapse because the people that run them are, well, people and people make bad decisions. Some one up the or down the chain is going to make a bad call it's just a matter of time, it could be decades it could be a couple years a certain thing is that entropy will catch up.
