Surprisingly decent pricing from Google! (350$ in US converts to 400$ in India). Don't bother about people crying as 'overpriced', they never gonna buy even if you gives it for 350$ (or 26k INR). They want pixel at 10k and still finds reasons to blame them..

Pixel phones are becoming a Joke these days. GOOGLE also understand the fact. No one can compare with Apple when it comes to price and fan following. Apple will always win the race and others will follow the GOOGLE's path with less price phone.

For 32000 rupees, nord crushes the pixel 4a with lower price, extra 128 gigs of rom and 6 go of ram with a better processor,5g ready and high refresh rate screen. It’s all up to you, weather you want a flagship camera and nothing else or a better performance phone with an average camera ? Feel bad about their strategy.

But as far as digital camera, no a 10 year old $50 digital camera can't match pixel's camera or in fact any of the devices mentioned in the previous post. I use a hx60v, mainly for its focal lengths and not mber of f-stops it provided. In most case, when I am not zooming in, the photos are slightly better than A71. And this camera retails for atleast $350.

As someone who dumps lineage on the phone as soon as the bootloader is unlocked, buying a pixel seems strange to me but to get a compact phone, looks like I am gonna have to degoogle a google phone. Strange times

Out of all the listed device just Nord and X3 even have OIS. It offers a compact chassis with decently powerful SOC, software updates and great camera. And that summarizes 4a's complete value proposition.
There is no device below 30K offering similarly hardware in a compact chassis. Nearest competing device is iPhone SE at 38K. If anyone is looking for large battery or screen, this phone isn't for them.
You didn't mention Samsung A71. It can match 4a in Software updates but it is huge compared to 4a.

Not everything had to be judged by specs alone. Software experience matters and also this is best main camera under 30k period. Considering the past pixel phones, this is a fair deal. It's not made for young people who love gimmicks. I can see businessmen and many middle age people who can afford this going for this device.
