I was quite surprised about the Note 20 Ultra 5G battery life, TBH. After turning the Adaptive battery on it lasts the whole day, most of the days with more than 20% left.
And while I'm sure the benchmark scores for Exynos fall behind the Snapdragon, in real life I didn't notice a single moment that would make the phone feel slow or sluggish. What is more, this "256Gb for the price of 128Gb" version we got (probably to offset the worse processor) has allowed me to use the phone as a dual SIM instead of using SD card. This means more data on my plan and quicker memory for the phone.
Overall, I swore to teach Samsung a lesson and not to buy Exynos Note phone. But my Note 9 wasn't doing so well anymore and I needed a new one...and after considering my options I went for N20U and to be honest, I don't regret my decisions.

AnonD-762416, 11 Oct 2020Thanks for confirming that you're actually not a Samsu... moreI never bought an S8. I had an S7. And I'm not in USA, I'm in Canada. And I couldn't care any less about the minimal price difference that the S8 had. I have more than enough to easily absorb the price difference. You'd know that if you read my comments instead of thinking I'm a troll.
One-way civility... one person calls me a troll that never had a Samsung because I disagree with him, and the other calls me a blind Samsung supporter because I bought the phone brand new instead of refurbished a year later. Bad if you do, bad if you don't...

What I do with my money is my business. I didn't have to finance it, I didn't have to rob anyone to get it, so why does it matter to you? I wanted the very best, I had money I saved for the occasion, I bought it, end of story. I don't see why I shouldn't be able to buy what I want. Or why I wouldn't be able to buy what I want and separately donate an amount of my choice.

The general "complaints" about the S8 generation, by you and your fellow trll accounts, were that Samsung were greedy for charging Americans the same as Europeans for an inferior Snapdragon processor.

Like I said, no one cares about your fake complaints, Karens.

..and with that it's apparent you have no clue about the Note7 Fan Edition either which is identical but with a smaller battery...

But no, you rather support Samsung with a straight 500 sum just because they want it...

which narrows it all down to this: clearly someone prefers following orders rather than doing what is right and for the greater good but instead opts to support a company that doesn't give a hoot nor have a pinch of dedication to serve their consumers like a loving mother would.

Not because it has poor UI or performance (which the ROG excels at).

I have heard reliability issues in the previous models. ROG Phone 2 had a fried motherboard issue, play it repeatedly until it overheats and instead of the cooling system trying to work, the motherboard gets damaged instead.

Check it in some Asian phone forums. ROG Phone 1 had a screen crack issue (despite normal use).

There is always a reason an OEM puts a certain price tag on it.

I wouldn't leave too much of my personal details in a Chinese phone. Maybe for mobile gaming that's still OK.

Had to sell my German Exynos S20+, everything was good but the overheating, throttling and weak battery killed this brand for me back in the day i was die hard samsung fan, had the s1, s2, s3, note 1, 3, 5 but I gotta be honest the competition is better and in most cases even cheaper, samsung needs to get back to their root, which was providing the best of the best specs with non-apple prices... I really have a bad taste in my mouth since the s20+, their midrange and flagship phones are not good
