You said about 765G and the Display refresh rate (Hertz).
Display refresh rate (Hertz) is NOT the same as Frames per Second (FPS).
There is no relation between them.

Ofcourse midrange chipset cannot keep steady 90fps. But at least gives an extra value.

You must believe once the phone screen is capable of 120hz then it must mean the chipset can handle it without hiccups that's laughable

-Vivo iQOO Z1X (with 120Hz refresh rate)

-Realme X50 5G (with 120Hz refresh rate)
-Xiaomi Redmi K30i (with 120Hz refresh rate)
- And many many more.... the list would be too long.
The 765G can handle perfectly 90Hz and even 120Hz Displays, without any hiccups. That's why it's widely used by many Smartphone Manufacturers. Even the US Company Google is using this combination, in their 2020 top tier phone (Pixel 5).
It would be better if you wouldn't spread wrong information, about capabilities of a technology, that it seems You don't understand.

- Redmi 10: 999CNY (~$150), D720.
- Redmi 10A: 699CNY (~$100), likely the upcoming D600 (still several weeks away).
Realme Q2 trio:

No MultiFrame Noise Reduction over 48MP on SD750G
