Not only that, Hyandai are quality cheap(wouldn't bet on KIA to be quality) cars as opposed to an expensive Porsche. Anyway, in terms of design, you don't like change? You are a really boring person in reality if so, and i ask that you stick with Apple forever.

To all of the Samsung fans out there... Stop claiming this design or past iPhone designs are boring. Since Samsung copies the iPhone I'm sure in a year or 2 they will copy this one too. So eventually this is what your next Galaxy S will look like. And I'm sure Google will warn them not to and they won't listen and we'll be seeing more court battles. Ugh!

Quite the contrary Apple has many departments... and I'm certain the legal department was handling the patent cases... not those that work in research, development, and design.

That would be fine if iOS was a failing OS losing excessive market share much in the same way that RIM has with their Blackberry OS. But iOS has a very strong market share and shows no sign of losing ground. Why would Apple change over to Android and abandon the iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad user base???? That would be a huge mistake!

I think apple were to busy suing every one to be bothered to design a different phone then the Iphone 4 and Iphone 4s so it looks the same just the metal back because previous glass ones shattered.

Its good but still crap, theres nothing changed in the design but cant really say anything as i havent used it. also i dont know what happened to the charging port :/ kinda gay

Happy it this is the next iPhone, always enjoyed the minimalistic design. However, not so sure just yet, and taking this with a pinch of salt.
iPhone approach has always been different to Android, where the iPhone and iPads are merely portals to the iOS app world. Each iPhone is unique due to each owners selection of apps, and each iPhone effectively becomes a different phone according to case selection etc.
Currently use my iPhone 4S without a case, but my iPhone 5 will be an ultra tough smartphone using the Lunatik TAKTIK case. Awesome!
