There are many issues with the phone.
The biggest of them all is, able to download the OTA update file but not able to install.
No way to check the sent , draft msg. Only one place to see msg, cannot Differentiate between the incoming or sent msg.
The calling screen highlights the number rather than name in big. People find out about person by name not by number.
No shortcut for torch with single button like other Nokia phone has.
No single button shortcut for putting phone in silent mode.

this phone is slightly better than nokia 3310 (older model), just slightly, hardly noticeable (dual sim and fm and color display) thats it.

complete waste phone if it does not have call recording.
Better buy a smartphone instead of wasting 3500 bucks.
Even Micromax (nothing like anything -actually nothing at all type ) have call recording.
Feature phones is for senior citizens and they need auto call recording and other features like that or else this phone is a waste.

Current Nokias are worst than 5y older devices. I do not expect anything special. I just want to get phone which will have good SW. VoLTE is fine. But what about phone directory? Is it possible to have at least 32 characters in name? And better camera. Not only 2-3mpix Without AF. Why they do not use better chip? I do not expect iPhone camera quality but low end smartphone camera should be enough.
And also mechanical quality should be better. Not many years back they could produce cell phones which could survive almost anything.

Doesn't matter this phone support 4G, this is for the phone calls, not more. Unfortunately doesn't support A2DP (Bluetooth connection to CAR). So this phone is a J.O.K.E.
If I compare the original model was 1000 times better than this one.
Shame for the original brand name.

This is best for frequent callers like me who does not want smart phone to call.
