If Samsung fails to supply the parts, they would get sued because of all the lost sales at Apple. Likewise, if Apple decides not to honour the purchase, they would get sued because what is Samsung is going to do with all the parts specific to the iphone and ipad.
I guess when the contract is over they will part ways as it looks like they hate each other's guts.

4S is one year old now, and it still wipes the floor with the One X and the SGS3. Easily.
If the phones were food, iPhone would be fine dining, the SGS3 would be McDonalds - only good when your drunk with fanboi-ism!!

The only thing I'm interested in is if it is AWS compatible this time. Everything else is moot. There is already the GS3 and Note.

i cant wait to jump ship. i had been using android for 3 yrs now. GN and Dinc, both got poor battery life and heating up to 130 degree. no rom or kernel can save those crappy phone.

What ... moreu dont know anything i said the OS is the same only thing thats different is the manufacturer uses their own UI that means they tweak the OS a bit so it can work on their phones and because of this the phone freezes, dont show apps properly on the screen, some apps dont open and the list goes on dont get me wrong IOS has its problems as well but the android OS is more fragmented than IOS and everyone knows that but android fansboys dont want to admit this.

What about them crapple phones?
All of them run the same OS and UI.
I don't see how Android is buggy.
They may be slower or less powerful and has specs that aren't so good because they're for the unfortunate or people who just don't care.

IOS is crapiest OS on the market, here is my league
1. Meego Harmatan
2. Android
3. Windows Phone
4. IOS
Jolla Mobile will resurect Meego
Android will keep their market
Windows Phone 8 will eat half or more of the market of IOS.
This is the future, please think about that.
Meego is my personal choice, but for the future there will be battle of Android and Windows Phone. Also we will see what will come from Meego and Tizen - Another smarter direction.

It's definitely crappy Sam... moreHow are you the only person in the world with a crystal ball to be able to see into the future to know these facts for certain? Even if it does outsell Samsung it still won't detract from the success of the Galaxy S3,people like me with a GS3 will be happy with what we've got and those who choose Apple will be happy with what they've got.That is the REAL success story with this sort of thing.
You do of course know that the next iPhone will be using the same CPU as the GS3 don't you,which at the moment is the best that is up and running and known to be reliable for any smartphone? This of course means that if you get off on benchmark scores,the iPhone will only be a couple of % higher at the most.This is the same as putting a 100 BHP engine in one car and letting another car maker put the same 100 BHP engine in the same sized car of their own and expecting a massive difference in performance.Of course there won't be a significant difference will there?
