Samsung starts mass production of faster NAND mobile storage

The new NAND chips will come in 16GB, 32GB and 64GB sizes. Read and write speeds are blazing fast, too.

Note 2 should have 2 of these NAND memory chips, both 64 GB with and expandable memory of 64 GB via microSD...

Excellent this is a first for any company for mass production, storing 1080 hd films is now feasible.
Notice the word, first ;)
