I prefer saturated than true-to-life photo outputs like those of Samsung's and other brands AI processing but the saturated photos from OnePlus phones are too much, their blacks in the shadows are so strong that you can hardly see details. The contrast of their photos is so strong that is decreases the "sense of depth" of the scene. I have high expectation for OnePlus Nord in the midrange segment because its camera has OIS, but after watching reviews and comparisons, iPhone SE and even Poco X3 produce arguably better photos. I hope OnePlus will tone down the processing of their cameras.

Earlier oneplus is good brand but now, they put extra cameras which is useless. You can get good for phones for the same price in other brands like iPhones, Samsung, Huawei, oppo and Xiaomi. Good brands and good phones manufactured by them. I have used them each brand has different styles. Try one of those brands.

Oneplus has trash cameras compared to any other phones, don't buy them. Before, their price is acceptable so i don't consider it an let down since the camera was excellent for its price. But now, very very bad cameras for its price. Especially the Oneplus 8 Pro, the Nightscape is just trash.
