It was more like 8.5-9hr SOT for me.
(Don't forget it is stuck at 60hz which improves the result)
My OP8 pro gives 9-9.5hr SOT with 1080p+@120Hz.
And battery life is just one part of the equation. It has weak charging capabilities taking 2+hrs to charge a 4000mah battery. Combine that with battery degradation over the years due to batterygate.

IPhone 11 pro max has good battery life, but all batteries degrade over time, and come my point that if you replace the battery you lose lot's of features.
on Android, replacing battery has no effect on performance.

-IPhones have less than 10 hours of screen on time, unless you just stay idle on background, which makes no sence.
-IPhones get updates for 5 years, but those updates decrease the performance to maintain the batterylife,
-IPhones are literally the worst devices to repair, yes with specific tools it will be easier, but still, every 3rd party repair agrees that iphones are the worst to repair.

Apple just started using hand down display yech from samsung, tech that has existed for so many years. iphone batteries only started to last reasonably with iphone 11. It was shit before that. And apple premium service is just a fad. The only thing they can do is replace the whole display or motherboard, not good at repairing anything and that too will take a minimum of 2 weeks. Worst service I have ever seen. I mean, you have to pay to replace atleast half of the phone components as there are no repair works; ok fine, but even when you pay a lot of money it still takes them 2 weeks. Sounds ridiculous and lousy to me

- iPhones have OLED panels made by Samsung (the best display manufacturer on the planet);
- iPhones get software updates for 5 years at a minimum;
- iPhones are relatively easy to repair once you have the specific tools (which are not hard to obtain), they are not any harder to repair than most high-end Androids;
- iPhones have the most carbon-free footprint of any device and Apple as a company will be 100% carbon free by 2030.
