[deleted post]Joe biden and Trump have nothing to do with innovation from Apple.
It's cute how brand boys come up with the most ridiculous reasons to justify the lack of innovation from fruit logo company.

[deleted post]Yes because apple is designed by the president, Apple has always been a slow progress company, when it comes to innovation.

Still Steve jobs is the best apple designer he was more conscious about his product. His brother is gradually destroying the apple product.thats the reason few people does not want to shift from old ones.

And even with that.. Mi Ultra have thickness / 865 to work with. Yes, 7nm.. but more then enough time to optimise unity games.

AnonD-804996, 06 Nov 2020People make so much drama like it's end of the world b... moreWhat a idiotic notion.

If you don't wear a mask, catch covid, fall in the 5% category, die...then it IS the end of your world. This is not "drama", this is the sad reality which we might be facing for the next 6 months or more. We might end up needing to leave our safe bubble for something or the other (groceries mainly, also works for those who can't avoid it) so the face ID failing due to mask usage can be one of the most annoying and potentially fatal thing that we can face in these already stressful times.

What is reasonable, is to understand that Apple had designed and baked in the details before the pandemic became the horror that is right now. Can't up and change some high level element like an under-screen finger print sensor on the fly to cope.
But do everyone a favour and stop this ridiculous cover fire maneuver for Apple who dropped the ball on making the wrong hardware call which they could have easily forecasted in advance, in light of unfortunate unforeseen circumstances which they could not.

(FYI, I'm saying this as someone who recovered from Covid after following all safety protocols, had family infected and hospitalized due to it and lost a friend to complications from Covid. Keep your "drama" BS to yourself.)

Just a tap of a button... People will never use face id once fingerprint sensors are integrated into the power button.... It adds a lot of convenience...

Anonymous, 07 Nov 2020Then i will wait for 13 Pro and wont buy 12 Pro. That's the same word you say to the iphone 5s hun :(

NotAnOpinion, 06 Nov 2020You are so triggered that your ignorance has blinded you. ... moreApple's really good in short benches but the A14 in iPhone 12 Pro was already proven to stutter on graphics intensive games (Genshin Impact) and can easily be beaten by an SD865 (Mi 10 Ultra). Apple cheaps-out on cooling and thermal throttling is apparent consequence of such, less BOM while increasing the prices equals Profit. Apple were very keen on advertising their SoC's performance but without proper cooling, that's just outright misleading. Get ready for the next software update, Apple will definitely downclock the SoC for better and consistent thermals.

At it's price point, I don't see the need for removing touchID.

Snapdragon 865 phones have a geekbench score of roughly 3100, so the 875 scoring lower wouldn't make sense.
