Nokia 8000 4G image and key features leak: 2.8" screen, S210 chipset, WhatsApp and Facebook

09 November 2020
This will be HMD's most premium KaiOS phone yet, though it's not without its limitations (and the design is quite different from the originals).

Not to mention 2G consumes way less power and has better reception basically anywhere. You seem to have the same mentality as Nokia. Literally not understanding the target audience. I wonder why Nokia already became totally irrelevant at some point. Coz they didn't understood the target audience. This dumb phone is a testament to that. 4G and Facebook support! hell yeah! Like, literally no one cares. Just make a good and practical dumb phone for people who literally just want that. A phone. Not a pocket laptop that's terrible at being a laptop.

I wish Nokia would make phones that are practical, not fancy and rubbish. My dad bought the refresh of Nokia 3310. He had the original one, but over years it died. So he picked the refreshed one. Just to realize it has one of the dumbest designs possible. It has grey buttons. And little tiny white LED numbers and letters on them. You can imagine how shitty visibility is of white light on grey buttons as people are getting a bit older. It was so bad he just couldn't use it coz he always had to look for glasses around and it was just stupid. So I found him Energizer Power Max P20. Big display, big buttons and battery that literally lasts for a whole month. It's a bit of a brick, but insane battery lifetime and great display and buttons visibility is just amazing. No glasses needed. And who else is going to buy these phones than people who don't like big fancy touch screens? It's people like my dad. So, I don't get it what Nokia is thinking making these fancy bar phones with physical buttons that are probably entirely pointless for the audience they are really meant for.

They might be checking the people's reaction to see if this is a worthy design, apparently not.

These days nokia feature mobiles are very thick compared to earlier ones. That's why I didnt like

                      LOLZ ...

Another iconic device let down by Nokia, as always, with very very low-end specs. Come on Nokia, why even bother putting a 2 megapixel camera in 2020 ? What difference it gonna even make ? Really lame of them to be still using micro USB on phones. Rest of the specs are equally disappointing, 4 GB storage, and low-resolution screen etc. They missed out yet again on making a good feature phone, even the Nokia 515, the last S40 phone from Nokia almost a decsde ago, had an aluminium body, better screen and 5 MP camera. I think even in the year 2200 this company will still be using a 2 MP camera

                          This is very sad only.

                            What a disappointment :(
I was expecting that neat slide mechanism from the beautiful Nokia 8 series. This is just a regular curved edge brick phone.

They are going to revive a device but can't even stick to one of its iconic physical features?

Why just not recover old good Nokia 6700 with metal case and good camera. Why HMD, why You`re doing this creepy things!
