Apple offer free 12 month worldwide warranty. Any fault covered by warranty with an iPhone and you can take your iPhone to ANY Apple Store in the world and get it exchanged for a new one. All in the first 12 months.
Amazing service. Any other phone company offer any better?

We know the Galaxy S3 is a good phone. But it's long term value cannot touch an iPhone.
The phone has been out in the UK for two months and it is already available from networks for cheaper than when it launched.
Samsung would love to keep the price high but the market and the networks don't believe the phone holds value for long which is why it's cheaper. Samsung have such a high product portfolio that this also causes their product market value to diminish quickly.
Apple is far different. It's an aspirational brand. One of the most powerful brands in the world. Small product portfolio. Long product life cycles. And marketed to perfection.
You can't argue. When you have 77% of the profit all to yourself then you must have one exceptionally well marketed product.

this isnt anything to do with apple selling good phones it just highlights how much Apple take the P**S out of ios users because they are so greedy! disgusting is an understatement. Samsung sold twice as many devices yet didnt make no where near the same profit that because they brong top end technology to customers for a value for money price.. to some it up Apple=Bank balance at heart other smartphone manufacturers=customers at heart

The whole reason these companies are here is to make money.
You think Samsung, HTC or Apple are your actual FRIENDS?? No they're not. They want your money.
Remember that Apple devices hold their value for far longer than any device.
Also, last time I checked the launch price of the Galaxy S3 was the same price as the iPhone 4S launch price in the UK
But there's nothing you can do folks. The facts are out and Apple is making far, far, far more money selling smartphones than your favourite company. Read it again. Accept it.

This really shows how apple is ripping off the costumers! A new Galaxy S3 costs in my country 560$ whereas an iphone 4s still costs 750$ although it is so yesterday!

Apple will not devalue their product & command a third of the RRP which is great business practice but keeps the price too high to compete. Now the iPhone isn't as special as it once was & with the development of the smart phone range through different brands, I think Samsung will be the future. Apple have even just lost YouTube from their ISO 6 due to licensing issues. Consumers demand more, not less!

When you guys say Apple is charging "extra" what do you mean by that???/ Cause last time i checked all the flagship phones come out around the same price the only deference is that Apple retain there value a lot longer which is really on based on the market.

Yuuup(comment below) apparently got himself into hot water for merely making a point.But come to think of it,Apple surely has got tonnes of dosh.Now if there already exists something like 'The Apple Foundation', gladly welcome ignorant me to the planet.But,surely, from a humanitarian standpoint,they need to give back to society!It is pointless for a company to sit on billions while a child somewhere sleeps hungry.

This only shows how greedy Apple is and how over priced their average products really are. IOS is always playing catch up to Android. The 6% speaks more volume

Apple do sell good phones. They do have one of the best looking phones but it simply isnt worth the pricetag. Something needs to be done because they've made a ridiculous amount of profit and this isnt being passed on to the consumer . They need to start selling handsets a bit cheaper before I get conned into buying one.
