I doubt that WP8 will improve matters on the real important things like: FULL bluetooth transfer, 2-way call recording, USB/BT local syncing etc... You should be lucky if you can finally change sms-ringtones (which you presently can´t) or if the crappy bugs like unable to login to hidden SSID´s are removed. It should be! And Microshit should patch these on WP7 as well.
as for Nokia. They fucked me once with the Lumia 800, NEVER AGAIN!

same boring stuffs similar design similar looks similar UI similar softwares nly upgraded hardwares.. atleast android have distinct UI for ICS n JB n iOS has cool n better UI n also many cool.apps than thz... what a waste WP8...

samsung note 2 too big...iphone 5 only 3.9 screen so outdated already...Samsung bad quality phone...iphone no innovation on their menu is same from iphone 3G to iphone 4S...

look at the button it is the windows 7 logo not the 8 the must mean that the phone is running 7.8

I just want nokia to do well, and sadly, where we are, they are not... And we are a huge retailer that operates throughout europe so in a good place to judge. I know people like wp, but they are a select few compared to others. Up your game nokia, i want to be able to offer more choice

why do people compare a nokia to an iphone, its your choice which phone you like better but they are two completely different handsets the nokia is a windows phone so if you don't get a long with windows yeah you are going to like the iphone better but a lot of people like nokia, so don't compare two completely different phones!

seriously thats the ugliest most boring looking software i have ever seen.No doubt the nokia trolls will love how boring this looks.Had a lumia 800 and was the worst experience ever,boring unuseable and nothing compared to the iphone.Infact i feel sick now thinking about its igly tiles.

Metro is THE most gorgeous interface ever. Its not just about the tiles. Tiles are just part of homescreen . The rest just flows at the flick of your fingertips. Oh just amazed with windows 8 rp !

Those pictures are fake... The windows logo at the bottom should be more square... like the windows 8 logo on the surface tablets... shouldn't it?

The positioning of the Nokia logo has me stumped. I'd say this is a (US) carrier branded handset since Nokia never reposition their company logo unless it's to accomodate another one such as ATT.
The information I've gathered so far is
1.5ghz - 1.7ghz dual core S4 processor
4.65" high resolution display - 1280x720 WXGA Pentile
curved glass with Nokia clear black display
8 mpx camera with Carl Zeiss lens; dual led flash
WP8 of course
GPU??
LTE radio
Definitely worth buying in my opinion, even though I pesonally hate oversized handsets.
