My wife and I are on a Verizon family plan and upgraded just before the cutoff, so we still have our unlimited data plans (Lucky day!). However, everyone we know and talk to is on Verizon, so we can easily share 400 minutes a month. It's funny, I need unlimited data, but verizon wants to use unlimited talk and texts as bargaining chips. If any of you ATT-ers are in the same boat, I truly hope ATT doesn't do this to you!! :/ Good luck all!

Funny to read this comments... In HK your operators provide a better service at a lower price... Ireland too... Wow really? HK is just one Town... It's a bit different to offer service for a town vs. one of the largest countries on the planet

ATT is not the first carrier to do this. They're now joining Verizon with this initiative. I'm not ATT, but if you are eligible for an upgrade, make sure you do so before they roll out these plans. Verizon's data share plan would have cost me approx. $50 more per month for a lot less data. Yikes!
