You can't be selling a phone with 7000mAh battery and SD865+ SoC but only has 720p display, 8MP rear camera, 0.3MP front camera, plastic body, and 60Hz IPS screen, even for $300.
When you get a high end processor, you might as well upgrade everything else too, otherwise it's a waste of resources in general.
