Sadly loss of detail to the edge and missing features like 10xzoom, zero D lens, 8K and big enough screen makes it useless.

this deal from Clove is cheaper then some of the 5 Mark 1 I have seen around the internet, so can't complain.
I was going to cheap out and buy a 10 II but screw it, YOLO :)
finally replacing my 5 year old Z5 Compact, hopefully this 5 II will have a similar lifespan as well.

the only android phone i have without the audio jack is the xperia xz2 compact... and it is either i use the built in speaker or Bluetooth earphone, though it comes with a usb c dongle...

F*** the iPhone 12 mini with that crappy battery, if you want a compact flagship Xperia 5 II is the best choice.

This should've been released day price but for some reason, Sony still think its mobile line is top-shelf but not even realizing that genetic companies like Xiaomi are beating them 15 to 1 in mobile sales.
Sony still has an arrogant / anti-consumer / competitive serious problem, not a product problem.
And this is from a Sony fan from years ago.

here in the philippines, both xperia 1 ii and 5 ii can be imported for less than a thousand dollars (or less than 48000 ph pesos)...
already worth the risk of importing, cheaper than any iphone 12 (depending on store 12 mini is slightly cheaper)... i can say that is worth the price as i got my 1ii a little over a thousand dollars (56000 pesos, where 1USD is about 48.30 pesos) (shipping, custome fees and taxes already included)
