Snapdragon 875 in Galaxy S21 benchmarked, but the Exynos 2100 might be the one to have

With these higher clock it could outperform SD 875 but possibly with overheating, thermal throttling and battery draining in real world usage.
Plus Qualcomm always modify the cores from ARM, they don't leave them stock, the Mali GPU from Kirin 9000 5G seems to be pretty good and surpass the Adreno GPU in SD 865, but since SD 865 was announced in December 2019 and is on 7 nm+, not 5 nm, the comparison isn't fair.
I'm still very excited for SD 875, it gets a multi core score similar to SD 865 despite the upgrade to Cortex-A78 and Cortex-X1 but it could just be unoptimized for now.

I bet that this Exynos 2100 claims would be the same way as how Apple does their marketing with their A14 in iPhones (except the max). Great on bursts but a throttling hell during endurance.

It's been a DECADE now since Exy had any lead over SD. Let's wait and see what they're up to now.

That Exy2100 perf does not matter, if it's a similar battery hog as the Exy990.

I've never been bothered that much of EXYNOS lagging around 10% behind snapdragon, it's the issues with power drain. I will wait for comparison reviews first before making any decision with any Samsung products

Yes, Samsung has made bad decisions with Exynos/Snapdragon flagship variants across different regions but that doesn't mean they can't make improvements going forward. You are purely speculating on chips that have not been released and officially benchmarked.

Exynos 2100 can be slow cause now its all down to software optimization and samsung is good at optimizing its software for mongoose powered exynos so it may take time to fully optimize software for arm cores.And if exynos 2100 is slightly slow but more efficient than sd875 then it will be great.

Or the battery is drained in an instant - which will be the case with the Exynos garbage 2100.. The battery performance will be just as bad as on the Exynos Note 20 Ultra or even worse..
Also the GPU performance will be far behind the Dragon version due to SCamsung again using the garbage Mali GPU.
So yeah on paper it will be blazing fast, CPU will be great, battery and GPU very very bad and with massive overheating and throttling issues..
Once again a monumental Exynos fail from Scamsung.
