They all withdraw from China. Couple years later they decided to go back and and follow the gov rules, but the Chinese already come up with their own social media plateform so the gov just don't let all the social medias back.

Combined they must produce over 60W and are inferior in performance (even the R430 is slower than Apple's integrated GPU), so it's again at least double the TDP and maybe 30% slower.
Although this is a custom design chip, it's got nothing to do with Apple's SoC. 15billion transistors is a lot, considering CPU part must be 5billion, GPU probably 7 and the rest is shared between the different components.
R430 must be no more than a billion transistors, the 7nm CPU used here or is probably 2-3bln transistors tops.
Apple was building a high-end part and spared no expenses and Huawei are building a scalable product for profit.
