I think Asian(int'l ver) because I bought it from here in UAE.
Well the change in smoothness is apparent, NOT in the update:
-camera toggle feature
-quick setting from top menu bar =(
Noticed in the update:
-camera is not yellowish like before(compared it with moms HOX that still has the old update, not yet updated for simple testing with my HOX)
-tab in browser(using chrome..meh)
My HOX and my moms are the same int'l version =)

Me to got 4.0.4 with 4.1 Sense OTA today in INDIA and size 141.x not which you are showing in screen shot. and software Number#: 2.17.720.2

No toggle for camera and no EA games .
Both were major for me including smoothness
But no doubt it's smooth

Got the update now, Juicing up to update. But the size for India version was only 141.x mb not 148 as reported in other regions, Do we have all the fixes? where can I get the change log?

Sense Ver.: 4.1
*home screens are now smoother as you swipe from one panel to another.
*personal opinion: it felt like it became faster and smoother after the update. :)

- The OTA update size was 141.21 MB
- Android 4.0.4 / Sense 4.1
- Software Number 2.17.720.2
- Kernel version 2.6.39.4 ( Still no 3.0 Kernel :( )
