Did you see the background picture? The image was taken in a lab, pretty sure that Sam engineers' guys get paid for leaks.

Ya i think both are the same ruler...
Look at that blue stain exactly at 1 cm mark on both of those and that white stain at 5 cm mark...

Its different ruler, look at number 5 and small text next to it, I dont see it on Nokia ruler(or its just image is low quality so we don't see it there).
Other think is that this screen looks more like from Xperia series, but just reversed so we don't see front logo.

the ruler used in both the pics the note 2 and nokia w8 leak is them same ,look at teh scratch on the number 5 on the scale.

Not a fake, because the background details are just too good. Who ever heard of a faker actually putting on sterile footwear?
Whether or not it's the actual Note 2, who knows? It doesn't actually say 'Samsung' on it, so it could be something from another manufacturer who is moving in on the same size. I guess it could be a 'official' spoof leak by Samsung to keep us all guessing.....
