Ofcourse, they don't provide updates like once they used to, and that's my concern as well. But their phones have optimised os and snappy. The Moto X force (2015) that I am still using today still stands the tests for intense tasks and it just has 3 Gb ram

A brilliant phone maker...I will keep Motorola ahead of Samsung... Motorola models are sturdy and user-friendly...
I am using Motorola Fusion Plus...and have used Motorola One Power...I am more than satisfied...

Without a commitment for minimum 2 years of OS updates, optimising the user experience very well, not cutting corners by using non-gorilla glass or cheap modems all these fancy latest hardware will mean nothing. A well optimised OS will run better for day to day tasks with midrange hardware than poorly optimised OS with top tier hardware, I thought we all already knew it.
