Gsmarena clearly stated, "We start with the flagships – the best of the best, money is no object phones.....etc."
It's got periscope 5x zoom and 65W charging advantages over the OP8 pro. The camera processing is also much better. Looks and feels much more premium. This is why I chose it.
But I understand, most people might opt out for the OP8 pro and save 400$.
OnePlus 8T is a good phone in the flagship Killer segment, but the camera performance is certainly behind the S20 FE 5g and loses out to a few other contenders.
Yes in certain countries, the OP8 pro ends up being a flagship Killer.
The MI 10T Pro can also be considered a great choice for Flagship Killer with its best miui experience, premium looks and an actually bigger & better sensor than the OnePlus 8T.
Surface Duo could have been a hit if not for the terrible implementation in terms of software.
Microsoft needs to improve a lot in that department.

Hopefully, in 2021, smartphone camera quality improves further. The improvements in camera quality have been extremely minor for the last 3 years. The Zooms have been great, as have the extra wide. The sharpness and detail need to get better. Hopefully with the SoCs of 2021, we notice much improved quality. Something which is not merely insta or online worthy. Something worthy of more.

I don't know how it is in other Europe countries, but in Czech Republic their models are quite expensive. And their phones never drop in prices or have good discounts, like Samsung ones for example.
Sony is like the iphone of Android. And I am not saying this in a good way.
Just to give you guys an example, the Sony Xperia 5 II cost 950EUR. The Samsung S20 FE 5G cost 750EUR. Full prices without any discounts.
The Galaxy Note 20 cost 780EUR (true this one is at a discounted price).
The Galaxy S20 cost 650EUR (also discounted price).
The One Plus 8T cost 650EUR. Full price without any discounts.
I doubt that the Xperia 5 II is worth 300EUR more than the S20 (even with the Exynos 990 inside).
And I don't even want to bring Xiaomi and Realme to the table.
But, of course Sony fanboys as Apple ones, are too blinded to see other offerings. And wrongfully think, that their phones are the best there is.

Flagship killer by definition is a phone who has a low-medium price, top specs but cutting the right corners.
Ex: Top SoC performance (mandatory), Top battery (mandatory), very good display, decent cameras, decent build quality and some little things that the true flagships have while keeping the price low/medium.
Actually, there's only 1 flagship killer that gives all this: Poco F2 Pro like i said. Snap865 top performance, top battery 4700mAh with fastcharge, amoled good display, cameras are decent, quality is glass/metal which is good and even gives us things like Wifi 6, bluetooth 5.1, UFS 3.1, 8K recording, 3.5mm jack (that flagships are eliminating), NFC, Infrared port, optical fingerprint. All this keeping the price at 350-400.
And like i said, if you find the K30 Pro Zoom edition for under 400, buy it already. Same as Poco F2 Pro but with added OIS in the cameras.
PS: secret bonus for you, the 6GB ram variant already brings LPDDR5 now and not LPDDR4X like it used to. Poco quietly changed that ;)

There is no place for Google Pixel apart from the camera phone section. Where is pixel 5 or 4a in either flagship, flagship killers or mid range?

What is a flagship killer voting when it has all the regular flagships in it that are never been a killers. Like iphone 12 mini isnt a flagship killer as it's too expensive to and only killer is for your wallet or even S20 FE and oneplus 8T

I bought this over seas while i for got to get my phone unlocked....and u was surprised by its built quality and amoled curved screen 5200 batyery and snap dragon chip set along with quad camera setup ... More over its glacier white color.... I am using i phone 12 max pro and trust me i feel the built quality on that was comparable ....
