This is a very good strategy, confusing the customer that they are getting a good deal since this would give an impression that Reno 5 is much better than Reno 4,(nontech consumers will not be any wiser) , the worst thing here is that they will be charging a premium price and market this as "a great leap over the previous model" I will not be surprised if they will be releasing Reno 5 pro with an SD665, rather than the reported Dimensity 1000, lol.

JackTheIPhoneKiller, 07 Dec 2020big mistake i must say. They did the same with Reno 4, prod... moreReno4 still make sense a bit since it's cheaper (tho still expensive compared to other brands) but the Reno4 Pro is an absolute letdown. Charging almost double the price with the only difference is curved 90hz screen & 65W charger.

Which is this, the 355th phone this month from BBK group? And it's only 7th lmao They need to take the chill pill and stop churning out billions of phones a year ffs. This is ridiculous.

big mistake i must say. They did the same with Reno 4, producing 2 different variants (1 with SD720 and the other one with 765) while pricing both the same. I really hope they don't repeat it this time
