What's wrong with the existing keyboard, it looks and works just fine.
I guess Google has to change the look of things just to keep the humans typing on phones entertained.

It is only available if you select default white/black. No when you want any other theme or custom background colour

Looks like Microsoft SwiftKey. Still, I'm not using Google's keyboard. It's too dumb with predictions compared to SwiftKey.

how about they just use their logo font in android 12 instead of putting it in some parts of it in their software, that would be a better font than roboto.
