Oppo Reno 5 5G is an bad phone, no NFC, useless macro and depth cams, 8 MP trash ultrawide, plastic back. For $400, get the Oneplus Nord instead, you get better main camera with OIS, better software, and better build quality. The only thing great ahout this phone is 5G, 90hz oled and the fast charging.

Oppo Reno 5 Pro 5G is an worse phone if you are in China, you can get the Realme X7 Pro for the same features, for less, and you get an extra 120hz oled display, but flat though. For $500, Oppo Reno 5 Pro lacks OIS, High resolution ultrawide (only trash 8 MP), no NFC, no wireless charging, plastic back. For that price, get the Xiaomi mi 10t pro instead, sure, you trade that OLED screen and 65W for 144hz lcd and better main camera with OIS, but it is cheaper overall. Even in my country, Mi 10T Pro is $100 cheaper than Oppo Reno 4 Pro, so Reno 5 will be even more expensive.

Oppo still learning how to compete in the midrange department

          $410 = macro cam + no nfc

          " great" ...

            Wait what?

The reno5 pro's chipset is great, but the reno5 is still using last year's snapdragon 765G!
