[deleted post]The phone is insanely slow but you like the slow "a" series of Pixels so your opinion is immediately invalidated.

    This had better not cost more than $80. And if it does it had better have an OLED.

    Even a vastly superior brand new LG G6 can be had for under $130.
    That has a 1440p display, a much faster (yet still slow) SD821, and a vastly superior set of cameras with OIS.

    The only thing this has going for it is the battery like every garbage low end phone released nowadays. Because apparently people live where they can't charge their phone for 3 god damn weeks.

      Geekbench, your next DxO for Apple M1 and Exynos 850 of targeted advertising for selling product that is not so convincing

        This will be battery champ. Exynos 850 is 8nm, and with 7000 mah battery, it will be great. Soc is not great for games, but is perfect for web browsing, watching movies, social networks.

                      I dont know why people complaining, this is M which is battery life focused, and this is M1x series which is the lowest tier of the M series. The exynos 850 is pretty efficient soc, no AAA gaming whatsoever, but this runs social media things just fine.

                        Well if S line comes with 7000 mAh battery it could be interesting but right here right now is pretty damn useless.

                          Within a few months of use this will start to freeze and lag while unlocking, opening camera, scrolling etc

                            What a stupid device, make it smaller with a 5000mAh battery or even 4000, that's the whole point from using such a weak chip set. Are they making devices just for the sake of making plastic waste?

                              they have alot of them in stock

                              now they want using Exynos 850 in more product, just have nice naming, thats it

But it is built on 8nm fab process so efficiency-wise it will be good. Look at it as an evolution of SD 625.

Devices with both SOC have similar performance in both real life usage and benchmarks. On other hand, the ISP on SD 665 is better than one on 9611. Samsung did update 9611 with 64MP support which is lacking in SD665.
