Love how it looks, but a 6+ inch phone is just too big for my hands. I already get cramps with my S9 sometimes. I just want an android phone with flagship or near it specs and the size of a iphone 12 mini.

It certainly looks better than the S20 series.
I think the camera island being the same color as the back panel makes it seem more attractive than the usual black camera island on most other phones.

Xiaomi is the only threat as they did incredibly well last year despite the pandemic.

Note series being dead is confirmed now.
Either ways Note started off as bigger than normal sized screen phone.
But last year S20 ultra already surpassed screen size of Note with 6.9 inches.

The S21 looks incredibly good. The phone looks simple but sophisticated which is a hard thing to achieve (Steve Jobs was always after that...). Camera module looks incredibly good, with simple but refined and modern lines.
Let's see when it comes out if it delivers on the 5 pillars of a good smartphone:
1 - Performance
2 - Screen
3 - Quality of construction
4 - Cameras
5 - Battery
If it's strong in these 5 things Samsung might have a true winner here, seriously. Others should pay attention.
