Anonymous, 12 Dec 2020Dozens of half baked junk phones a month make less and make... moreI'm at my 3rd xiaomi phone so far, had mi3, mi5 and now using mi8 for over two years without any problems, UI is pretty neat, performance is on par with any other brand out there while the price is always very competitive, you obviously don't know what you're talking about. That being said, this back design of the mi11 cameras is horrendous

I think they could have done better with this one.

The design looks really good especially when we have ugly phones like Samsung note 20 ans iPhone 12

"Perhaps the stills originate from an actual product photoshoot set, which can explain some of the oddities. Or, alternatively, they are deliberately “leaked”."

Good catch, if it was Apple or Samsung I'd be willing to give it a benefit of doubt, but since it's a chinese company I'm calling a 100% intentional ""leak"". Pure cringe.

I hope that the Mi 11 will not sacrifice much of the camera system against the Mi 11 Pro. The Mi 11 Pro should basically be an Mi 10 Ultra with an Snapdragon 888, Q HD+ screen, IP rating, and no ads at all. While the Mi 11 should basically be an Mi 10 Pro with an 120hz refresh rate and snapdragon 888. I wouldn't buy the Mi 11 if it has only an 108 MP camera, 13 MP ultrawide and another macro cam. The camera setup should at least be :

                    1. Omnivision 48 MP Mi 10 Ultra sensor with OIS
                    2. 20 MP Mi 10 Ultra ultrawide with that suler wide FOV
                    3. 8 P 3x telephoto, better than having an Marco cam or depth cam.

While the Mi 11 Pro should be the same as the one on the Mi 10 Ultra with just a few tweaks.
                    1. 48 MP main with OIS.
                    2. 20 MP ultrawide with an larger sensor than mi 10 Ultra
                    3. 48 MP periscope zoom with larger aperture
                    4. 12 MP 2x zoom with OIS (Mi 10 ultra don't have OIS)
                    5. Laser AF or TOF sensor

Dozens of half baked junk phones a month make less and make them.actually work. High specs on paper and rubbish internal with ad ridden bloatware OS.

I want it to look good, but this doesn't look good at all. Hopefully the final product looks more 'mature'.
