From the very start that Apple invested in 64-bit processors, they already filed a patent from ARM that gives them the privilege to be the only mobile SoC manufacturer that can create ARM-based CPU cores as big as what they are using on their iPhones up to this day.
Essentially, anyone who wants to create another mobile SoC with CPU cores as large as the ones on the iPhones or bigger must pay a license fee to allow them to do it, and that's why no Android processor manufacturer really wants to create an SoC with CPU cores as big as Apple's. The price would be significantly higher per unit on a processor with similar size CPU cores as an Apple A chipset, and in turn would make any Android phone much more expensive than an iPhone as well when they use such chipset.
Had it not for Qualcomm's mistake of not investing on time to 64-bit processors, Apple wouldn't really be able to gain this much lead over their competitors.
The only chance for an Android phone chipset to beat Apple's silicon is when one Android manufacturer decides to invest into manufacturing their own processors and pay the license fee to make the CPU cores as big as Apple's, and miraculously maintain the same, if not lower prices as they currently do on average on a Qualcomm processor.
But that's just on the hardware part. Optimization of apps and the Android OS itself still needs to be sorted out, which would further add to the final price of the phone itself, so it's really almost impossible for Android phones to catch up to Apple's CPU lead while keeping the prices at stake.

This is all due to Qualcomm being 2 generations behind Apple at starting 64-bit processors. They mocked Apple for 64-bit processors being unnecessary back in 2013 with the A7 chip, and now they're starting to experience the consequences with their latest top-tier processors being at least 2 generations behind Apple's latest ones.
A trivia: Apple's high-performance cores on the A series chip are at least twice as big as their Snapdragon counterparts. Even their efficiency cores are bigger than Snapdragon 800 series' efficiency counterparts as well.
If ever Qualcomm decides to create a processor with CPU cores as big as Apple's, then the prices would rise up significantly high, and that would lead to Android manufacturers seeking out to other alternatives instead to keep their prices within tolerable levels.
That's because unlike Apple who designs their own processors and use them for their very own products, Android phones are composed of parts from different manufacturers.

I’m an android user since 2010 and still using S20 ultra and this my last android phone I thought android will get better after android 11, but unfortunately after I got android 11 one UI 3.0 on my s20 ultra things getting worst.

i can say only one thing IOS with soc no bugs no problems old soc play new games , android .. many bugs ... soc get old faster cant play new games , best OS best SOC is for apple ... only bad thing is that iOS is not free ... thats all
