Its a sham that apple devices from 2015 like iPhone 6s are already updated with the latest software update as iPhone 12 max pro... and here Samsung note 9 year 2018 is not getting new update from Samsung :( in 2020
just hink about it for a moment please.... apple devices from year 2015 are already running with up to date software and android devices are out dated and will never receive new updates from year 2018...!

Today I got Android 11 with Once UI-3 in for Galaxy S20FE in India just now. really it is good. earlier it was informed that the update will be done in January but today received. Christmas treat.. good job...

Unfortunately, Note 9 series missed the 3 OS upgrade list. However, you should still get security patches till end 2021 or so. For a phone launched in 2018, that is still very impressive.

Notesh, 22 Dec 2020Other companies must start providing updates like Samsung.Don't tell that to the chinese brand lovers, they'll say it's not worth it and laugh at the Samsung price, but end up paying more for multiple subpar phones over the course of one decent Samsung.
Just waiting for the Note 9 update "fingers crossed".
