You are paying 500$ for piece of plastic with stupid chipset
Another garbage from samsung
And if A72 5G will use Snapdragon 750G for 600$ and plastic body and 60hz display
I'll buy myself a Xiaomi redmi note 9 pro 5G
It has 108MP camera 120hz screen and snapdragon 750G 5G glass body and....
For only 250$!
Samsung is just getting worse and worse

What is the point of the a72 4g . While a52 4g has the same specs ?
Unless it has 90hz/120hz and ip rating.

at this point, the only hope I have is for OnePlus Nord 2 with SD 775G
hope it comes around the same price tag with IR, DLNA, NFC, 3.5mm jack & SD card slot

Galaxy A72 4G SD720G big disappointed same spec like A52 4G so A7 Series is all rounder everyaspect but A72 downgrade in processor at least SD765G is better in this price category next year realme mi take 2021 in 5G in india

Unless they switch to SD732G or a new chipset for the 4G model, and Exynos 1080 for the 5G model. The A72 would be just an A52+.
Just like what they did with A51 5G and A71 5G, with both using Exynos 980 but otherwise different in everything else.

450- $500 is the price of the some flagships. I imagine Xiaomi would offer a slightly more expensive Blackshark 4 which is a powerhouse for gaming and day to day use. OnePlus 9 SE is likely sporting SD865. I think if Samsung sticks with 720G, it cannot maintain the same sales as this year.

They are running out of chipset options now that their exynos 9611 is out of stock lol...both A52 and A72 will have sd 720g but priced way high...there was no point of launching 4G versions and as usual they will bring these outdated chipset phones in India
