Lol, why dropping the macro camera ?
The telephoto macro on k30 pro is extremly good and some people may like it, gsmarena, you should love to others, what other love to themselves and those (others) love macro camera so why you don't want that people who loves macro camera have a macro camera in their phones, this is your opinion not everyone opinion and you should not force oem to drop that camera
Not everyone like ultrawide ot telephoto camera, they are useless for some people like me, and strangely even the macro camera and the front camera
1 good camera in the back is sufficient, not everyone use camera
And not everyone Hate the macro camera and you should know that dropping the macro is not everyone's opinion

              Perhaps the most embarrassing thing is dropping all accessories with phones that cost over 1000 euros, seems like when the time comes to buy a new phone I'm gonna be looking for which one comes with a charger.

                Ugh thank heavens that option won! Advertising “48MP Quad Camera” when there’s one usable one (48MP), one half baked one (8MP) and two basically useless 2MP sensors. Like drop the two 2MP cameras and make the ultra wide decent for heavens sake.

                    Gladly i voted in Useless lens category. I have a midranger with 4 cameras with just 1 working good.
                    They need to stop putting depth sensors when the work can be done thru software.
                    If they include macro cams at least give AF with 5mp.
                    And hi-res UW lens when 8mps aren't that good.
                    .
                    Looks like we've to wait more years for Amoled screens and telephoto lens coming to midrangers.

                      No. In smartphone world, we need the multi camera setup. Main + tele + UWA. It works like a prime lens in actual camera world. Additional ToF/LiDAR or another Tele with different FL can be handy. The useless thing discussed in this thread are 2mp macro/depth sensor (marketing garbage).

                        What i hate the most of smartphones in 2020 :

                        1. Useless cameras
                        2. The sucessor often drops features of its predecessors (Note 20, Realme 7 Pro, Mi 10T, Realme X3 Superzoom, Oneplus 8)
                        3. No complete accessories in the box. (Phone, case, Power brick, Charging cable, warranty paper, manual guide, earphones, dongles, Sim Ejector, Earphone tips, Screen protector)

                          My DSLR has only one lens for example & it does everything.

                          Using only one lens/sensor while utilising rather the vertical length of the phone for the camera assembly will be the real innovation IMO. This multi-camera craze needs to stop seriously!

                              why doesn't every phone come with all the hardware features available on earth?
                              except Xiaomi not a single brand has Infrared blaster in their devices.

                                Dont mind is they drop the chargers as we all already have way too many of them. Just drop the price by the amount needed to buy an extra charger !
