Tabs worth the money mostly when it supports active stylus pen, whatever is the budget, atleast in my case.

Samsung urgently needs to make higher configuration phablets with 8 inch displays as they also fit in a users pocket.... Just like the size of Galaxy Tab A.... Thats better than smartphones having 6 to 6.5 inches displays..

Samsung needs to use the 1080p in Tablets, and the 2100 with a higher clocked X1 and 1x A78 core (both over 3GHz), along with 12Gb of RAM. It could be used for editing of photos and videos by professionals.
The next segment could be 8-12inch tablets, with LCD screens, and 7-Series Snapdragon or equivalent processor, for mass production to replace chromebooks and entry level laptops, and be priced in the $100-150 price range. These could be targetted for school children all over the world and for people who don't have a tablet or laptop yet. They could use a single 5MP camera, for video calls, and basic selfies.

The aspect ratio sees to be that of a phone
If this thing has bezels like Galaxy M51 ( and similar internals ) this will be a hit.
The same design and internals of a Galaxy M51 but on a larger screen branded as "tab" but still pocketable. Probability is less but still there

7 inches, maybe? Hehe. Large phones will smoke it out of the water. Best thing about it is the "tablet tag."
On the flipside, Samsung is actually targeting the Internet boom in India, well done on that front.

so why not tall tablet...

It's way to tall for reading/school tablet.
4:3 or 16:10 would be ideal.
That being said, if this have a budget octacore, at least 3gb ram, decent screen, and most importantly less than $250 (under $200 would be ideal) in price or it's be pretty good contender for online classes need.

Just looking at the cutouts for the camera and the
Size of the internal cutouts for the vibration motor, camera modules and the bottom logic board it is definitely not a tablet.
