If we go for the MacBook Pro, an iPhone 12 Pro max, AirPods Max, Apple Watch 6, iPad Pro 12.9, Apple TV 4K, and lets say 2 HomePods and 2 minis, we comfortably come in at under $6000 - and this is if we buy only 'pro' models when possible. If we go new but more price effective options, we can come in at under $3000 easily while still vigorously utilising the apple ecosystem.

From the reviews the sound quality and noise cancelling is on par as well. But I am happy with my QC35 first gen.

That means we have to spend like 10k $ to access it properly. Think about it... Laptop, headphones, tablet, phone, speakers, TV and so on... Damn apple is greedy and it attacks your freedom. As long as you don't want your product to work to the max combined with others.... That's an attack to the humankind freewill....
I'll stick with SONY... way on top of apple about flexibility and care about planet and human rights.

These will be a cheaper alternative to the AirPods max more akin to the iPhone XR which was a success for apple. All I ask for is that they give them some sort of sweat resistance and aim them more as a sports variant

Lesser build quality?! Anyone who KNOWS anything about headphones will tell you why the top quality and comfort headphones have the cups in plastic/polymer. And the condensation, that the laughable AirPods Max suffer, is at the bottom of the consideration when picking the cups material.

This should fix the condensation problem in the pricier pair as well, however £300 it's still quite expensive for some headphones, but more on par with things like Sony alternatives.
