Whenever I read this article again, I laughed 😂. What reliability? So many people have issues with this particular phone model. Keyword here is deadboot and bootloop.
But thankfully, my Redmi 9T is still reliable. Almost zero issues except for the, you know, the usual MIUI 12 bugs that have been plaguing the phone.

The battery îs amaizing. with 1% battery I can use the flashlight for a few minutes, I can give a phone for 2 minutes. with any samsung or iphone with 1% battery you can't do anything, eventually you look at the clock and it goes out. my battery lasts for almost 2 days when used a lot. 6000 amps on the LCD screen is great. the screen does not tire the eyes, only the iphone 11 is like that. small write-off value. the only problem is that sometimes it has a small lag if I start many more pages. I want to change it with iphone 11 also for touchscreen lcd because my eyes don't hurt but I still don't have reasons, it works perfectly and at the price of $ 150 I was thinking of taking another spare one, until I find more. i just got mine a weeks ago and the battery life is performing magic. and per my own check the battery can last idle for a month.and still be left with 4%

i used redmi s2 for a year before i change to redmi 9t. s2 work just great, so i buy 9t 6gb ram few week ago. very disappointed with this phone. I'm playing game in silent mode, but when ads play in the game, it's just boom... with dual speaker its create loud noise. n i can't even do anything. even press mute icon at that ads will not turn off its volume. wtf.. not to mention slow responds with touch, feel like i need to press it hard. btw, Malaysia version doesn't have nfc. lmao.

Because redmi will complete with other brands specially against realme to be the first to release a sd480 5g phone. And since sd480 5g is out already, mtk will surely to follow and release their own affordable entry-level 5g soc. And with that surely redmi will release another new phone and the battle goes on. Hoping mediatek would release gaming focused 5g soc for their entry level. A dimensity g50 5g would be good. 😅

Probably better choice would be just redmi 9 with it's mtk G80 that have something 20k plus more score in antutu v8 and is probably 20-30 euro more cheaper. Or just wait a bit more and see what will phones be like with SD480 that have adreno 619 just like SD7xx series

Whats a point of this same (identical) phone, for the same price? I guess, differente back design, and 'Redmi' logo and not 'Poco'.. Also, textured back, and not leather like (like in Poco M3).. Maybe will be better, this time, without the 2019 notch, but thats is what it is.

Buy the Redmi Note 9S about the same price and has a much better SoC Snappy 720G double the performance.

When you see 6,000mAh, you instantly associate it with low end phones. Obviously a marketing move for the last 2 years. I hope it will change at some point this year and we will also start seeing big batteries in the future flagships.
