I just sold my s20 plus but I can't remember 1 single useful feature from that phone ; something that Google phone doesn't have

I dont know why people are so exited -
Its the same loudspeaker call recording , only its going to give option to auto. record with the loudspeaker / declaration on all calls automatically.
I am not sure many people will really enable this feature. Imagine your friends & family calls & "Your call is being recorded"

I will never buy a Google Pixel again. It have touch-sensitivity errors on the screen. (4A and 4A 5G) Many new features but they do not recognize or fix their failures. Abandoned customers.

I couldn't find anything special or useful on my galaxy note or galaxy s phones, or Sony etc. Something that made me say: oh I need that feature. Still, OnePlus keeps the 90% stock android with a few useless extra features.

Stock android is something like lineage os and pixel's UI is close to stock Android with a few special features like Google camera, offline song identification etc. Other UIs like One UI, MIUI, EMUI all have some kind of special features such as multi window (why isn't this in stock android), call recording, gaming modes etc, but most of them are heavier than stock android (you won't really notice the difference on a high end device anyway).

Recording without notifications is essential for personal reasons.
So many times i want ro re-listen a conversation.
From doctors, lowers, etc and this is a special feature to record legally conversations from companies that tell me that the conversation will be recorded :)
