          Yeah not going to buy RM line anymore. Hands down the worst customer service I've ever dealt with in my life. I tried to return the esports joysticks right after getting them and they literally gave me the runaround. Once my 15 days were past, they refuse to refund me. Despite the specs, the phone is definitely not a daily driver due to how poor the stock OS is. Even their website doesn't post any review below four stars. I know this was about fast charging but I'm just doing my crusade to let people know to stay away from this brand.

              So basically they lowered the capacity of they battery so that they can have the hypercharge Volt/Wat. I'm not surprised from RM5G and Nubia Play that since this day have issue for with some local app and apps that run in background without realizing at all

                Very poor post sales service. This cellphone can't be registered in Colombia due to a mistake made by the factory during the registration process. I bought three cellphones I now I can't use them only with wifi.

                  I had a Red Magic 5G and the battery expanded on me and Nubia refused to help me, if I'd of continued using the phone it would have probably exploded on me, the fact they're pushing a higher voltage and their lack of support sounds dangerous to me.

                      I am using red magic 3 phone doesn't have any problems but the thing is that they're forget to gave updates 😂😂😂
                      I am still on Android 9

                        Given that they don't bother to update red magic 3s (global rom) despite it being a less-than-2 years old phone.

                        I am skeptical about their RM line up and their support given to the phone...

                        So, not interested in any RM product at this moment, even thou the RM 3s is quite a good product.

                              hmm i was wondering how many batteries they designed for this? maybe 6 or 4, one plus 8t has 2 using 65w.

                              well innovation it is, hopefully battery replacement would be supported

                                Even so, Red Magic has a notoriously horrible track record when it comes to their Global ROM. Misspellings, ZERO updates, so vanilla, there is virtually zero customizations, etc. It may come cheap but there's no support for it so that's a no-go for me.

                                    Nubia should add battery life 4500 mah is small for 2021 phones, 120W would be a waste if your phone is drained in just few hours
