As a user of the gs3 and ipad i can no longer bear using such a disgusting piece of tech from a company that wants to stifull development so much.My tv is the same shape and does the same thing as my lg one upstairs.Quick lets sue each other.Pathetic excuse for a company.The only reason theve done its because there scared.htc phones have a rectangle screen and square icons,bit law states you should always sue your closet competitor.So long ipad your going for a trade in and ill do without.

One piece of good news about this whole scenario, it makes you stop and think? I don't own any apple products, but i'll admit I did have a itunes account until last night. All the time and effort trying to make songs from itunes play on other devices, now you realise that there are plenty of other sites offering the same songs etc, and usually cheaper and easier to work with. Thanks at least apple for making realise that I can do more for less, and with so much less effort.

As Samsung said in their stamenet that Apple is one of their big customer and Samsung would wanted to settle outside court but Apple refused! It's like you ate at your friend's house and you trash their house! If Steve job still alive the story would be different,I think. Apple should be spend time moving forward for better but instead they chose to wasting their time trying to top up their assets! Now, we understood that all Apple big shots and lawyers have Samsung phones...otherwise they won't know what inside Samsung!

Hi all,
All cars will have 4 tyres.Even my car is having that. All bikes have 2 types and mine is also having the same. All buses will have stearing at the front of the bus. All trees will have fruits and flowers.All computer monitors I see daily are in rectangular shape. All keyboard that I type have A to Z letters and 1 to 9 numbers. I hope nobody nobody sues me for this reason. Amen.

Therefore, ALL smartphones in the US will have to be non-rectangular with SHARP corners... square? circle? triangle? Unless of course they pay Apple Inc. to use THEIR shape. This is how Americans jurors think??? Hahaha
Whoever is first to patent the word "apple" should sue the company and earn Trillions! ...but only in America. Hahah

Why did Apple not include Galaxy Ace in the ban list? Because it is not a threat for iphone as Galaxy S II family. So lawsuit doesnt apply for that.
This all shows how rediculouse Apple is.

The gs1 doesn't have background squares behind its icons -like sense2 or apple- that compare picture is incorrect.
