              So aluminum frame with carbon back will make a phone with bad signal
              Many years ago with a friend we make a comparision between the nokia e63 all plastic phone and e71 aluminum frame with same hardware the e63 has much better signal
              Some more recent research i made with pocophone f1 all plastic vs mi9 alu frame the same story

                      Removing features an accesories with the same retail prices is against the customers interest. NO excuses. You are receiving a downgraded phone in several ways so there is no excuse for that. Only more profit for them and fooling people omiting the truth like sellers hiding it not mentioning that they removed the microSD slot, the charger and earbuds inside the box, the downgraded display, the plastic back... and why not the jack from S10.

                      Too many things... No way. No purchase.

                        To be honest, I actually don't mind a thick phone as long as I have a large battery and a larger camera sensor.

                          i think the lack of SD storage is only for these testing variants - why bother have such a deep slot only to block it ???

                                  I guess I'll be using my Note 10+ until it breaks, almost an year and a half now without any issues. Some ugly as camera modules on the new phones lately.

                                    of course it's slower duh but it's infinitely better than dumb limited cloud based alternatives

                                      Never been a fan of the s series. Samsung's Note is where the quality really is. Well except for the dismal vanilla Note 20.

                                      But hopefully the foldable niche becomes more affordable and reliable as that will truly be the worthy successor to the Note line.

It's too messy. You shouldn't have to google ten different sites to check what you're buying.
                                        Also, good luck finding matching compatibility support info at manufacturer sites! :)

                                        On PC, you have the PCIe/SATA version to check and the real speed data on the drives fully disclosed. No labels or abbreviations with "should be faster than this or that". These are the labels on my SD card: XC, A2, V30, UHS-I, U3, 4K, Class 10. They're all loose definitions. I have several devices capable of maxing out speed on these "specs", both tablet and phones. They all hit a wall around the same speed, so it's definitely the card.

                                        I'm not going to bother complaining as these "specs" are so loosely defined on both ends that it is very likely that everybody will do what you just did, point fingers at everybody else. I'm mostly using it for FLAC music, so app performance is rather irrelevant for me.
