Fromhell, 21 Jan 2021Way too big. Why not release a "Compact" phone? ... moreSome of us like bigger phones me personally they should offer a big and small option as let's face it not everyone has the same sized hands

Anonymous, 21 Jan 2021Nokia dont have there own software to say it's better. You know what a launcher is right phones have tons of storage these days so bloat isn't a big problem of you don't want to see the blout you can force stop the app and hide it from your app drawer - so technically the best software is the one with the most helpful features

Bigger screen makes sense when you need to do work on the thing. But based on it's specs 1GB ram and 16GB rom and quad core 1.3 cpu you cant do any work on it. This Nokia 1.x series with android go makes sense to have at most maximum as 5.5inch screen with minimized bezels and can be a bit more thicker just to have larger battery in it. It should be at most 145mm tall, then it would at least make sense for the so low end specs.

Nokia/HMD guys are still living in a cave.

I dont get this phone. 1GB Ram, QM215, most likely 720p and yet 6,51"? I mean, everything apart from the 1GB Ram is totally fine for old-er people and very young kids. But, if bringing an update to the 1.3, why not upping to 2/32, up the SOC just a tiny bit and instead leave out the second camera and maybe keep the screen at 5,71", if not able to up the rez to 1080p aswell,
I get this is a "feature phone" with a smartphone factor, yet the compromises are too many. In a world where a redmi note 8 pro with 6/64, Helio G90T and quad cam 64/8/2/2 is offered at around 130€ there is barely any sense in offering a nokia 1.X at 80€

If "under 100€" means around 40€ then it would kinda make sense. Coz you can get FAAAAAAR better phones for 60€ that I was genuinely impressed with it. It felt alright in hand, display was surprisingly good, it was quite responsive. For 60€ ! But they didn't have "Nokia" written on it. It was Doogee. Not famous, but not entirely noname either.

It's annoying that Nokia makes these devices that are frankly way overpriced and it's solely because it has Nokia stamped on it. And I can't understand why people apparently buy them anyway. Probably because of the name itself. It's a shame, because I'd like to once again own a Nokia phone even if only by the name, but I just can't justify it most of the time.

Not asking for a 4.6" device but at least keep the screen size below 5.9". Maximum height should not go beyond 145mm.
I had a Poco X3 NFC for a couple of weeks but I couldn't get used to its size (6.67" 165mm) and therefore returned it.

So the upgrades are that it is much bigger with a bigger battery, a fingerprint sensor, ambient light sensor, and an added useless 2MP camera.

It‘s ok but there really should be a 2+32GB option. And it‘s time to kill micro USB already.

So a fingerprint scanner that doubles as a fingerprint scanner... Interesting.
