Apple files another lawsuit against Samsung, adds more devices

The only thing I like about apple devices are the build quality and ease of use and the fluidity of the ui. There's absolutely no lag when using an iPhone or iPad as compared to android devices. However with the S2 and S3 things got changed with plenty of features and these phones specs just can't be compared with the puny iPhone. For apple now there's really a dearth of providing innovative features to customers through the iphone5. And just look at the number of devices Samsung just launched. The galaxy note 2 is simply amazing though it is not meant for all and together with the S3 it is going to give sleepless nights to apple. Samsung has gone one step ahead by launching the first windows 8 phone too. Look at their android camera! A camera with 21x zoom having android OS is simply truly innovative. In the technical world absolutely every feature is benchmarked and adopted as part of the design process. Only question here is the payment of royalties to concerned companies and I think there had been definitely some gap from Samsung side. So they deserve penalties if it is found true. On the other hand apple thinks they own everything in the world as far as technology is concerned. In my opinion every technology that the iPhone uses have been existent for years ago apple only fine tuned them to provide a truly new experience to customers and over the years they were not able to provide any breakthrough features and now they are feeling threatened by the speed and innovations that samsung is bringing in their devices. So apple should really introspect themselves and stop doing this lawsuit blunder which is in no way going to do good in the long term.
I am typing this from my iPad but I feel it is very time consuming as I would have completed typing with my galaxy using Swype much earlier.

When we talk about the law suit that apple's win its because of the jumb jury they are'nt expert in the topic they dealt with.

lol someone is guilty on my post haha...
i admit that i dont have iphone 4s but i did use it because my sister has an iphone 4s and mine is gs2..
i told my sister to jailbreak it but she doesn't want to do that. if you jailbreak an iphone u will having a cydia icon and thats the way in order to have a free apps. and in order to send/receive a file it is like rooting on android... i can buy an iphone 4s if i only want to but i will not do that.. why? because im a wiseman..lol... lets face the truth that lots of people did not jailbroken their phone yet and the fact that not all people want their phone to be jailbroken... what if ur working in a mobile phone store and someone ask u that if they bought an iphone 4s will they able to send/receive a file via BT?... of course u cant answer them to jailbroken their phone or else they gonna slap u ^_^

Apple believes that they own mobile technology and want to be the one to rule it all. Now their tactics and litigation strategy will backfire and come back to bite them in the ***. They will even start turning away some of their loyal fans

It seems like Apple will use the similar dirty tricks for.this lawsuit too.

I have iPhone 4s and Galaxy S-One.
Frankly speaking iPhone 4s interface is simple and everybody can use it, whereas Android you should at least spend some time to accustom to it.

well. it was kinda foolish of Samsung of Samsung to launch devices that totally looked like an iPhone. They should have seen this coming. If they had kept a different design like Motorola (with four soft keys and no hard keys) or maybe had three soft keys like Sony and HTC or two hard keys like their budget phones. Point being a different look. They would never have lost all these law suits. The one major thing working against them in these suits is the total look alike design. Even if I was the judge, i too would have ruled in Apple's favour for this one. But as you guys may see for yourself about the list below:

Samsung Illusion
Samsung Captivate Glide
Samsung Exhibit II 4G
Samsung Stratosphere
Samsung Transform Ultra
Samsung Admire
Samsung Conquer 4G
Samsung Dart
These phones look nothing like an iPhone and by filing suit against these phones, Apple is just trying to take as much advantage as it can of its first victory. I think Samsung should just agree to the patent infringement on the others and state clearly that these do not look like an iPhone and file a counter suit for whatever they can in this case.

I just strongly feel that the next Iphone wont be as good as people are expecting now compared to the trend on smartphone market right now.
This explains why Apple has kept doing this too far.
Btw, what has Apple done for almost 2years??
You see Iphone4 to 4s not much difference and it was still good selling in the market after Mr Jobs died.
And now what? I can't be so sure but it would be a little longer screen and with boring hardwares?
Cmon who does that?
Some girls still might like it because they only care about appearance.

Oneday Mr.1 and Mr.2 went on a Mobile Store.
on the mobile store...
Mr.1 saw a very expensive phone. "oh thats very expensive and i think that is the best phone and its popular because of its price" and bought it.
Mr.2. saw an affordable phone with good specs. "oh nice specs. for better performance that makes it popular and yet affordable" and bought it.
on their way home...
Mr.1 met his friends and showed up his phone.
Friends: wow that phone is expensive right. good you have the money to buy it...

Mr.2 wow love this phone.. i can receive/transfer file so fast. apps. are free to download. i dont have to download any apps. to run it on my comp. just USB on the go.. WOW AMAZING... im enjoying it very customable... ^_^
Moral lesson of the story...
A foolman looks at the price to say its the best while what a wiseman does look at the specs. to say it its the best ^_^

samsung is far ahead than apple. iphone cant compete with the specs which s3 is offering for another 10 years, thats for very sure. samsung always comes with innovations, with new looks new features like smartstay, popup play where you can do multiple thing on a single screen. apple is just getting jealous from samsungs success as samsung has captured around 60% of market in US
