apple thinks that samsung create sales because their devices are copies of iphone.. go to hell apple!! i want to buy samsung products because of super amoled, great features, hardware, quality, android, touchwiz, etc and not because they look like iphone(w/c is in fact, are not)

MP3 player were big and hard to use till ipod came out.
Smartphones were tedious to use with stylus till iphone came out ideas like finger scrolling, finger zooming, mobile browser etc. Android and WP7 just copy apple's inventions.
Tablets were useless for on the go entertainment.
However, Apple won lawsuit because samsung copied their design. This is illogical. LG mini GD880 came out b4 iphone

what is this copying and infringement all about? was it because of buttons for the closest fit, apple bears a single and most powerful round button that they thought could do wonders but was actually a pain for 'multi-tasking' on a smartphone. Samsung uses a rectangle which may not be so finger-friendly but does a wonderful job along with 2 other extra 'buttons'. If the icons 'look-alike' was the issue, any Windows desktop using "auto arrange icon" will end up looking like an iphone screen. Was it then because of shape and colors that infringed? Well, most TVs is rectangular and black in color. all tyres are round and black in color. Can such 'design' be patented? If yes, what's the meaning of competition to better humanity? So what exactly is this so-called "copying". Any apple fans out there who can share their views? If you are an apple fan, are you excited with iphone 5? Do you feel cheated that your current iphone gadgets can no longer work on future iphones without an adapter?

I watched the new reality series Hotel Hell by Gordon Ramsay, when he asked the employees who is the most important person running a business, everyone said it's the owner...Gordon was pissed and said, "It's the guests, the customers!" So I think Apple has been focus too much on lawsuits and forgotten about their customers...com'on Apple, you need to stop all these nonsense and step on the gas to come out with competitive designs or else you will lose your customers day by day...

iphone: copied from mobile phones like motorola, blackberry, HTC, Sony, Nokia....
