Apple do not know to do again, they are just foolish, they lack innovation, ever since Steve job died, apple died also. Instead of them to think of better innovative idea,they feel lawsuit is a turn around. Apple is good, no doubt about that, but Samsung has given the world a better device ever. We are tired of same new device with same old UI, apple think straight and stop this lawsuit thing because it won't help. Instead you people will just crumble and fall. MS is coming out with big hit, a stone trow to apple. I swear if apple continue in this way they will die completely. Apple please stop this lawsuit shit and think of how to overcome Samsung treat and not to sue them. Everybody knows that you guys also copy from others. So dear apple stop this mess and mov on. Tim cook please consult Steve job @the grave for better idea and what to do. I miss you my mentor@Jobs

Tim Cook should find a way to consult the spirit of Job Steve to know what to do, because Cook is not doing what Steve should have been doing....all these law suits are waste of time and resource....apple should research and break even something more better than law suits.

how stupid is this, the one that really resembles the iphone is the galaxy ace, and a lot of these newly included phones have a lot more innovation? every time a new iphone is released I am always disappointed due to "what could have been really revolutionary" and IOS is very limited, and as always, itunes dependent

It has turned into a game now. Let us all give some effort to flame it more. We just a need a third company to suit case against both apple and SAMSUNG.
It is really sad to see two big giant are taking on each other for so simple reason. Can't they see how their consumers are effected for this. What is their reactions. An " apple " lover or SAMSUNG I think we all want this to be sorted out as quickly as possible. If this case keeps going we as a customer will be the big sufferer no matter what result it ends with.

Hundreds of iphones, from 1-4. A lot of swapped iphones for a Samsung galaxy series. Who's going down the drain now?

Absolute rubbish! Sammy devices look cheap and not premium! I notice how its only highend devices that sell by the millions that apple are after banning! What about original galaxy ace? Apart from rectangular home button its easy to mistake for iphone! Obviously its only the devices that apple feels threatened by that are gonna be banned! Rotten Apple!
