I think it links to S-Voice in S3. But seriously, JB update will replace S-voice with Google Now. This will make the plan for injunction invalid!

That is the result of being a copycat.Google warned scamsung not to copy iphone designs but they didnt listened i think,

They fear samsung's products eventhough they will repeatedly saying apple's product is the most evolutionary gadget ever,even compared to their competitors in terms of specs or price.
They should learn from the nokia.
Apple's action after this will only show their true intention, even their mouth will say 'for the sake to protect our intelectual properties'.
Surely apple makes good products, but it is a good company without good motivation such as nokia or microsoft.

Apple is just doing what Sammy should be held liable for. And we have judges and juries to sit on these deliberations which are beyond our understanding. As a matter of fact, Sammy also got their own products banned in South Korea - a testimony to their unbecomings. They were even fined millions in their home country for fooling customers about their product pricing. Sammy is has manufacturing/hardware muscles but not innovative enough. They indeed copied to much. But let us leave it to the juries and judges. After all, these things work best for consumers. It's part of the competition. Surely, android/Sammy will find ways not to use Apple's patents and may end up with better utilities that what the industry currently tries to follow. We dont just know about it, just like when Apple came up with multi-touch and flat smartphones. The best phones keep coming up anyway - Galaxy S III, Iphone 5, and Nokia 920 Pureview. We should be very glad... Happy weekend everyone

Apple can go ang get lost, I am chucking my I phone away for a Samsung now, what do they think they can rule the world with one device every couple of years and want everyone else to stop re inviting better products because they wana restrict everything that was already available anyway!!
