Weekly poll: can vivo X60 Pro+'s flagship chipset and camera convince you to buy one?

24 January 2021
With a Snapdragon 888 and a fully-loaded quad camera, the only thing that's missing is a launch date outside of China.

AnonD-923722, 24 Jan 2021For an expensive phone, it lacks : 1. Wireless charging ... moreAgree completely with your points, that's exactly what this phone is lacking for me too.

Why no one is paying attention to the Ultra wide lens with big enough sensor and that ultra-gimbal stabilization ?

This innovation alone is a good reason, and what even more - to make/suggest other manufacturers make somethings similar.

Can you imagine Ultra wide 12-14mm 1/1.3 image sensor with gimbal stabilization ?

I had an eye on their previous x50 pro... but they priced so high with a snapdragon 765 decided not to go for it ...my p30 pro is aging and needs a right replacement....the camera app have similar features like my p30 pro..but if it is priced poor again, will go for something else

Is that a sasquatch in the second photo?

Nothing standout on this phone. I believe even the 9 Pureview can achieve those shots shown in the samples.

AnonD-920712, 24 Jan 2021Also some choose "No" because cant afford it and... moreUh...no. most of us that choose 'no' are because:

              1. Curved display which does nothing beneficial to users
              2. No 3.5mm jack. It's stupid to advertise 'great audio's when the DAC chip is in the dumb dongle.
              3. No MicroSD card slot. Pretty soon, with 4K@120fps and 8K@30, we need more memory. Not everyone feels like paying a ton for a NAS or a constant amount every year for a cloud-based solution (which, in flights and areas with barely any reception, is useless)
              4. No wireless charging (I don't care but others do)
              5. No IP rating (again, not for me, but others really care)

This is nowhere near a perfect phone dude. I wouldn't even put camera in my top 5 of important features in a smartphone.

240Hz but no jack 3,5mm or like other phones/companies no jack, no IP68/water resistance, poor launcher, maybe ok in China but not in Europe and US. Unfortunately we dont known what they send to the government in China.

Would consider it if it was not that big. Btw is The option i would select on most of the polls

"No, there’s no 3.5mm jack on board"
That is a deal-breaker right there. For me cameras are an important feature, but so is headphone jack.

Regardless the specification, features and performance, I really love the design. So, if the price is right and it available in my country (Indonesia), I will buy it

The Photos are Terrible. Once you zoom in, the details are worse than water colours.

The compositions, btw are excellent. Whoever took these, could do wonders with a better camera.

if only, it had a flat screen, that would be the perfect phone. curved screen is a big nuisance.

It is great device, but it will cost more than galaxy s21(+) once it comes to EU, so it is very hard to decide to buy that one over Samsung

Definitely a phone that is more camera-centred than any other high end flagships that BBK's other subsidiaries have put out and will release. I don't see the point of having a 2x telephoto lens though, the sensor size and the resolution of the main camera should be high enough to achieve lossless digital zoom through super resolution stacking (akin to what Pixel does). Overall it's a solid device, but I don't think I'll buy one simply because it's priced higher than it should be and most likely not coming to where I live.

Curved screen, no card slot, no headphone jack, too big.
                                      Definitely not for me.

Thus is great phone but only if price is great. For 600-700 euros would be a perfect phone, if it goes more than that would be another chinese overpriced garbage
