Its cool, but I suggest we should have 3 model hands, from small to large, all measured in a standard manner... and the rotation should be with the phone in these hands too..
That should give an accurate idea as per our hand size.

Honestly, its not that useful. Just draw the dimensions of any smartphone on a paper and then cut it out. Stop thinking and predicting how big or small it is. Get the real feel by cutting it out.

Nice feature, but maybe there will be a pressure from manufacturers to remove it. Soon we will need 32 inch monitors to zoom enough to see the credit card next to the phone not just as a tiny scratch.

Anonymous, 25 Jan 2021Generally what is the best ideal size for a smartphone?Each person has their own preferences. I love a phone that'd be ~155mm (plus minus 2)x 76mm... so for me a medium phablet is perfect.
Another would take a 145x71mm. for them it's great but my phone would be too large.
Some would deem a 135x65 to be the perfect size and others would demand phones larger than 160x80.
so. the general answer. it depends.
