I am on my third Blackview phone and my BV 9600Pro came off my bike going down a hill real fast. Despite damaging the glass face it still worked fine until one day it got stolen. Replaced with BV9800Pro with FLIR which came with much improved user instructions. Heavy but pretty much indestructible. Looking forward to the release of 8000.

I am on to my third Blackview phone and sure they are not as easy to use as say Samsung. However they are really robust and my BV 6000 Pro still worked fine despite falling off my bike and hitting the tarmac at around 50kms. Sure the front glass was cracked but other wise fully functional. Unfortunately It got stolen. My latest is a 9800 Pro which has a more detailed set of instructions than previous 2 which is a great improvement. Battery life is fantastic and there is no compared to my Samsung Galaxy X cover (which I bought whilst waiting for my 9800 to come from Hong Kong). X cover is supposed to be rugged but camera glass has cracked and won't read QR codes any more. Even the latest X Cover is no match for my 9800 Pro re battery life, chipset, and range of entries for contacts.

The Ski / Snowboard / Mountain marketing blurb is referring to the new "IceMode" which Blackview claims allows the device to function in extreme cold weather.

Used to love the phones have a great rugged 7800 pro. So Bought a tab 8 It arrived broken and buggy have sent lots of emails to blackview never had a reply can't get hold of anyone its sat in a box since November £150 quid wasted will never touch them again.

Blackview as brand name is not that a well-known name if we compare it with other shiny vendors ! But as durability, Battery, Quality & Price is one of the best Rugged phones i saw as well as their tablets (TAB8).

Blackview owner of old and seriously disappointed with lack of updates, see many are getting updates so fingers crossed the BL8000 gets the support it deserves for at least two years. Support is pretty good at responding to messages sent via Skype but lack of updates for my current devices puts me off dropping more than a couple a hundred quid on a new Blackview

I'm sorry to say but i had one of there phones. Two weeks in it had a glitch. It had to be reset i lost everything on the phone. all my authenticors, pictures, just so much hassle and they where no help to fix it at all. In the end the phone got binned as i could not send it back because of shipping issue with battery in it.

If Blackview is going to do small screen size, let it do 'lite' of this phone. Most of us don't want a phone lower than 6.70 display, please.

I started with the bv9100, then the bv9600 and now typing this to you on the 9800 pro. They are great phones. Just read the description because they have a phone for everybody.

I been buying blackview since 2017 and I have to say it's one of the best phones to have especially if working in a factory or any other harsh environment. If you drop in water it doesn't matter, I even made a video underwater with it and the cam quality was great there. Last but not least if you drop it, or if someone runs over it the phone will be just fine. I'll buy blackview before any other phone.

Look at all the keyboard warriors who have not even tried this product...
I have the BV9900 and sure like all phones it has a few annoying little things, but it is definitely the most rugged and hard wearing phone I have owned... It has massive battery capacity and it truly is IP69k... I use it in the shower, bath, pool, even take underwater video with it. Try doing that with an iPhone that costs 4 times the price.
Maybe try the product before mouth off about stuff you have no idea about!

If software update like Apple is not given... moreFor the price 2 years is quite enough, expensive brands least less than two years in my hand about year, I used Samsung few years and broke them all shortest after 6 months longest 18 months, crazy prices to repair and crazy price to pay for piece of scrap. Blackviev is worth of buying and cheap I upgrade my phone every year because is cheap enough, while my old children using for games videos etc even they doesn't broke it, also they downloaded lots of games they used 97% of memory while phone still working superb speed the same when was new and empty. Worth any penny.

I got a Doogee s95 one of worst company to deal with phone camera broke while in my pocket the speaker quit one mouth after I got it so miss calls all the time
I paid for more memory but they sent the wrong phone will not refund the money or send the correct phone I wish your prosser is good
