The latest earnings report from the tech giant breaks records in revenue and a new milestone has been reached with iPhone users.

      I'm sorry, I am at huge loss of words for you. There is no need to reply me as I won't be able to match your amazing level of understanding.

      For the sake of facts, kindly note that a CASE WAS FILED against Apple and it paid to SETTLE the lawsuit outside of courts. While Samsung was FINED, simply FINED by AGCM. And AGCM fined Apple too, for $5 million only.
      The difference is, someone took Apple's case to court while nobody cared to do so for Samsung.

            Do you know there is an OEM called Xiaomi which literally copied iPhone X's back panel for at least 15 phones it launched afterwards? Did Apple sued them?
            Just because nobody sued Chinese does NOT mean that they don't practice such cheap tricks.
            In fact, there is no point suing Chinese. Because by the time the case comes to its judgement those people just make in more money than what they have to pay for the fine.

Take your time to understand what's really written in that comment.
              And Symbian was something like keypad only, just using touch input. Either you want to delete the file or you want to rename it, it took plethora time to do that.

He just brought an app ecosystem which was unmatched at the time which made the iPhone appealing.

                    The new update on most of 1 y/o Xiaomi devices have slowed the phones.
                    Cheaper phones of BBK are also facing the similar issue.

                    Actually, there isn't any brand that have NOT slowed their phones except OnePlus and Huawei (which is more like non-existent). I can't say anything for Sony and LG. But most of the prominent OEMs have slowed their phones, DELIBERATELY.

And it was Steve Jobs only who came with the vision of today's touchscreen smartphones. Otherwise, Nokia's Symbian was more like "touch version of keypad phones" which was incredibly tough to use.
                      Also, the entire concept of wireless earphones began with AirPods only
